Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. You retain access until the end of your billing period.
Do extra pages expire?
No, extra pages you purchase never expire. Only subscription pages reset at the start of each billing cycle.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. SEPA direct debit is coming soon.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes, you can switch from monthly to yearly at any time from your billing page. A prorated credit for your remaining monthly days will be applied.
What happens if a document fails to process?
If processing fails, the credits are automatically refunded to your account. You can also cancel a processing document manually for a full refund.
